…They made sure to cover every aspect of safety and emergency procedures and make us feel totally secure, while also encouraging us to push ourselves. Their knowledge of the area in which we climbed was very thorough, and their own technique and climbing style really well considered. Moreover, it was a pleasure getting to know them!
