Kelly and Jerome went out of their way to ensure our safety and enjoyment, tailoring tips and climbs to our desires. Slight negatives: Insistence on using click-ups for belaying. It felt unnecessarily pushed and constraining, compared to other brake-assisted belay devices we may be more used to. The wifi at the house was not reliable during my stay, which can be limiting if working while travelling.
