Absolutely awesome. Once more I was looked after my Desiree and Trevor who went out of their way to ensure my arrival went smoothly despite our current health situation. They looked after me throughout and made sure I had everything I needed. The villa is awesome and set in the most beautiful valley. Everything about the place is awesome awesome awesome. The coaching was expert professional and thorough. It has helped my climbing technique immensely. Trevor and Desiree are inspiring coaches and really encouraging. They help you with any mental blocks as well as teach you how to overcome physical weakness through correct technique and more efficient use of your body. They were very patient and they went out of their way to teach me new and better ways of doing things. We were able to visit some amazing places. We experienced a variety of different types of climbing and this time we managed to avoid the strong Spanish sun and take advantage of a cloudy day. We all managed to get lots of routes done leading sport climbs. I was able to push my grade. I would thoroughly recommend Rock and Sun. Excellent value it had everything. I plan to return soon.
