This holiday was just what I needed. A week of sunshine, good food, excellent climbing, sore hands, sore feet, and some amazing new tips and tricks from the best coaches ever. All in the company of great people who just love to climb. I really feel like my technique has improved immensely, having gotten a new perspective on how to move more efficient and with less effort.
