Everything we learnt on the Rock & Sun holidays has been so valuable! I felt safe at all times on the rock. Learned new things and got better at climbing. The vibe was great and it was really helpful for Trev and Des to recommend restaurants and spots to visit on the rest day. Everything was very well organised. Before the trip, we received all the necessary information to know what to expect and how to get to Kalymnos. The week itself went super smoothly, and Desiree and Trevor were on it to fix any hiccups! All we had to do was to show up and climb, not have to worry about anything else.
We have done a lot of climbs and they were fantastic. Both Matthijs & I have climbed harder than ever, both lead and top rope. We had the freedom to do whatever we felt comfortable doing and at the same time we felt inspired to push it!

A really enjoyable climbing weekend in the Costa Blanca. We covered a great range of routes at some stunning locations, with Trevor and Desirée as excellent hosts and instructors. Their approach enabled us to develop our skills by tackling challenging routes, with safety in mind throughout. I hadn’t done much outdoor climbing before and left feeling enthused to do more.

My second trip with Rock and Sun and, as before, excellent tuition from Des and Trevor that fills you with confidence to climb better, challenge yourself and all with a lot of fun. Stunning venues, often over-looking the sea or a mountain landscape. This trip was over Christmas and we all had a ball on Christmas eve with karaoke and live music followed by a terrific lunch on Christmas day. Highly recommended.

I had a brilliant time last month in Kalymnos with you. I really appreciate the time and interest you both had in running a safe and enjoyable trip. The advice given to help me personal improve my climbing outdoors was great and has given me actionable things to pay attention to and work on going forward.
The climbing was absolutely excellent and the day on Telendos at Lambda was brilliant and not somewhere I’d ever have gone on my own.
