This was my 2nd trip with Rock and Sun. This trip was to enhance my skills and techniques, and overcome some of my fears and hesitations when climbing outdoors. It 100% met and exceeded my expectations. The small group of 6 participants was very focused and supportive.
Trev and Des were excellent coaches. They took the time to address my individual needs and skills and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and helped me feel confident in my climbs.
The villa is absolutely lovely and a very good place to come back to after a long day of climbing.
The crags were beautiful and easily accessible, and the climbs were varied for the skill set of the group.
I’m looking forward to my next Rock and Sun adventure.
