Classic Rock Routes

Britain is home to some of the best Traditional rock climbing in the world.  Just a quick leaf through the trilogy of selective guide books: ‘Classic Rock’, ‘Hard Rock’ and ‘Extreme Rock’ should be enough to inspire any climber, climbing at any grade.

These books have inspired generations of climbers with exciting tales from the first ascentionists and epic stories from those that have followed.  Packed full of inspiring photos – often of the first accent.  Many climbers use these 3 books to compile their ultimate adventure climbing tick list.

Our aim is to help you achieve some of those routes on that tick list.   Whether it be ‘Malbogies’ in the Avon Gorge, ‘Suicide Wall’ at Bosigran or the Old Man of Hoy, either way we will get you up those classics.  We can help you achieve leading these routes or simply guide you up them, it is entirely up to you, just get in touch to plan your next classic rock adventure.
