Loyalty Discount Scheme

The majority of you don’t just come on one climbing course or holiday with us – you come back for more! We love that. It means we must be doing something right – or a lot right! But we also love it because we’ve got to know some of you so well.

The advantage of a small company such as Rock & Sun is that you are more than a booking reference number to us! SO – we thought it was about time we gave you a discount – something you don’t need to negotiate – it’s just there, for YOU…

Within a 12 month period of booking a Climbing Holiday or Course with Rock & Sun

– you will get 5% discount on the second holiday or course

– you will get 10% discount on the third holiday or course

To qualify for future discounts, your purchase dates must fall within a twelve month period. It doesn’t matter if the course or holiday you book for falls outside this period.

Please email us when you’re ready to make your next booking and we will give you the discount code that applies to you. When booking your course or holiday, click on “Apply promo or voucher” and fill in your discount code.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to claim your discount. We are unable to issue it retrospectively.

The Loyalty Discount is given to you on an individual basis and does therefore not apply to the second or third person on your booking. For instance, when you have earned the Lifetime -10% discount and then decide to book for yourself and a friend or partner, the 10% discount only applies to your share of the booking. Your friend or partner is required to pay the full amount. Should the discount have been applied illegitimately, Rock & Sun has the right to refuse the client to join the trip until the outstanding amount has been paid.

Discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Vouchers.

Discounts do not apply to Single Room Supplements or Non-Climbing-Partner Supplements.
